We've come a long way.

November.. 

Generally a pretty damn fine month for me. X and I's wedding anniversary is this month. We will be married 9 years and together for 13. We've come a long way my love, in one short year.

This month also marks my one year  bloggy resurrection. When I was looking back trying to remember the exact date that I started blogging again, I realized that it really isn't important. In fact, I would prefer to not remember the exact reason why I started blogging again, and remember the reason I started blogging in the first place.

I needed this blog to be for me, a place to share the idiosyncrasies of my little life. Be them good, bad or ugly. I needed a place to write, to vent, to cry, to have of my very own. Some days I feel that I have achieved this goal, other days, like today when I have not been here for a while and I am in a little weird head space, I wonder. Either way, I have been actively blogging for a year now, and that makes me smile.

Along with this blog resurrection, I've 'met' some pretty damn fine people. Each and everyday I log in and look for your newest posts with anticipation. When I see that you have a new post, it feels like stopping at the mail box and realizing you have a little parcel to pick up, you know the unexpected kind. The one that makes your heart do a little flip...yeah that's the one.

So to my bloggy friends- I wanted to just say; Thank you for sharing and making me smile almost each and every day. Your kindness, compassion, advice and humour mean more to me than I can put into words.
